Disney's first moderate-priced resort opened in 1988, and today offers 2,112 guest rooms in five Caribbean-themed villages, located a short drive from Epcot.
It all feels old and garish. The spaced out feel is nice, gives you lots of exercise and makes the resort feel expansive. The buildings are just not in the best condition and the rooms have tacky decor.
Very nice "moderate" resort. No complaints at all. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. I'm a runner, and I really like the walking/running path they have around the grounds. The grounds are kept very clean as well. If we go back to Disney, we will stay here again.
