Although the rooms are showing their age, the friendly and accommodating staff, luxurious amenities, and outstanding location more than make up for minor cosmetic blemishes. Excellent resort facilities, including Storm Along Bay (a huge, themed pool with waterslide, zero-level entry and sand-bottomed areas), restaurants, and frequent and varied transportation options to the Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom and Disney's Hollywood Studios. The Yacht Club is but a 10-minute walk to Epcot. Quieter and more stately than sister resort Disney's Beach Club, but not stuffy by any means. With PIN-code discounts or on bounce-back bookings, this Deluxe resort proves to provide a great value for your vacation dollar. (Full Disclosure - I liked it so much, I bought the company! Well, a small piece of it, anyway...) - Larry Zimmerman
