Great improvement over the Gold Rush. It does need ceiling tiles in the intro room. - Shannon Beauchemin Nice to see a dark ride with classic tronics instead of just 3D screens--not that there is anything wrong with that. I do almost think that the shooting game is a destraction and you get too focused on targetd than looking at the densely designed ride. The pre-show is only good once and slows the queue. If there is no line, ask the cast member if you can by-pass it. The car runs on a "trackless" wire which is kind of cool. Good for adults and most non-sensitive kids. - Elizabeth Gray I'd say this is an improvement over the old Gold Rusher (apologies if I got the name wrong), though it too could use some improvement. The pre-show is good, and entertaining, though it could be a bit too loud/scary for small children. The actual ride is fun and exciting, but I think the combined speed of the "buggies" and the interaction take away from the experience. I think if the interaction was removed, or the "buggies" moved a bit slower, I would have been able to enjoy this ride more thoroughly. On a positive note, however, the remodeled building looks nice, and the theming is pretty good as well. - Beth Bickar
