The crew member directing us to our seats made this ride all the more enjoyable. When we inquired what the attraction was about, she replied, "I dunno. I think aliens or something... There's some lights."
Immersive? No. Fun, fast launch in the dark? Yes. The coaster loses some momentum after its initial blast, and the final brake section is very jarring, but it's certainly worth a visit. And kudos to Kings Dominion for investing in some theming.
