About Boomerang

A standard Vekoma boomerang, hence the name. Fairly rough so be prepared to have your ears boxed. -- Last edited by Danny Bernard

A perfect example of what's wrong with Knott's today. This is a pathetic coaster with no theme and little track but perhaps will make you barf afterwards with its rough handling. I don't know why anyone would bother... - Julia Xia

4/10 its absolutely, positively the best roller coaster in the world, if you like your ear drums to be knocked out to somewhere near magic mountain!!! - Corey Nelson

Fun, but not as good as some of the other coasters in the park. - Chloe !

The actual ride is pretty fun, but the restraints are VERY uncomfortable and really hurt my shoulders. Plus, it's very rough. - Robert Brimelow

I loved Boomerang. It is fun, but I love D3ja Vu at Magic Mountain more. Boomerang is way more fun than Pony Express. - Sarah Meeks

Ow but, sometimes fun - Nicholas Kalscheuer

Sorta short, but I found it enjoyable. Actually, part of the thrill is waiting in the station, when you're part of the very next group to board: you see the train hauled out of the station, backwards, up the hill, and soon you can't even see the train because the ceiling of the station blocks our view of those upper reaches of track. Then, with almost zero warning, the train comes rocketting through the station, loud and fast! Yeah, you get this picture long before you reach the front of the line, but it's still a bit of a thrill to watch. - Steve A.

Good for what it is, but face it -- this is not an overwhelming thrill experience. And, like Xcelerator, it's just over too damn quick! Okay for one ride per visit --IF there're no major lines for the better attractions -- but don't go out of your way. - Paul Clemens

Here's my prescription--a cutting torch and a crow bar. Thus be to all boomerangs! OK when you go forward, but a real headbanger when you return. - Chuck Campbell
