New for summer 2011, SeaWorld San Diego introduces visitors to the world of sea turtles in an updated exhibit, highlighted by a 300,000-gallon aquarium. Other features include a game area and a tracking wall, where visitors can follow sea turtle populations around the world.
Just an animal exhibit, and not really a theme park attraction. But there are some really big turtles!
Turtle Reef is another great Sea World exhibit. I especially like the area where part of the aquarium is above the visitor, so you get to see the turtles swimming in harmony while standing underneath them. Definitely worth a look.
