About Shanghai Disneyland

Shanghai Disneyland is scheduled to open in 2014 and will be Disney's second theme park in China (after Hong Kong Disneyland) and fourth theme park resort outside the United States. (The others are in Tokyo and outside Paris.)

Design details are yet to emerge, but Disney will own 43 percent of the park, with the remainder held by the Shanghai government, through a holding company.
