The Silver Dollar City Culinary & Craft School celebrates the time-honored practice and interactive art of demonstration. Go behind the scenes to learn culinary secrets of Silver Dollar City's legendary home-style cooking, from recipes with a festival flare to full-course evening dinners. Culinary classes are offered for a fee (currently $10 + tax). Expert instructors, hands-on demonstrations, and sampling are included in the fee. Each class is approximately 60 minutes in length and is limited to around 30 people. Register ahead of time to reserve your seat at one of these classes.
