Batwing

Roller coaster
Minimum height to ride: 54 inches

About Batwing

Added in 2001, this Vekoma International "flying dutchman" style coaster takes riders on a "flight" through eight inversions at speeds of more than 50 mph. Riders hang suspended from the tracks facing the ground for most of the ride! With a track length of 3,340 feet and a maximum height of 115 feet, this "unbelievable flying roller coaster gives riders the phenomenal sensation of free flight."

One of the only 3 flying dutchmen in the US, and is pretty unique. Still, B&M flying coasters like Superman: Ultimate Flight at other six flags parks are better than these Vekoma models, in my opinion. Also, watch out for intense positive g's on the loop. - Eli Katzman

Loved the sensation of flying! Had to ride this one again and again! - Beth Olliges

Great Ride. The experience of flying is incredible. Makes me a little motion sick if I ride it more than once though. - Will Chilcote
