Six Flags New EnglandAgawam, MassachusettsAbout Six Flags New EnglandAn excellent compact theme park filled with thrilling attractions and home of History: Six Flags New England was formerly known as Riverside Park, due to its Eastern Border of the Connecticut River. Six Flags bought the park in 2000, and immediately installed Superman and other various attractions. Bizarro, which re-opens May 23, is the primary coaster in the park. Made by Intamin AG of Switzerland, it is consistantly rated as one of the world's top coasters. As rated in the golden ticket award: superman got 1st place. The rollercoasters they have there are Bizarro, Batman the ride, Minderaser, flashback, and some kiddie rides. The major thrill rides are: Scream (a drop tower), Catapult(new, opened in 2007), and Tomohawk, and Houdini's Escape.
