I had a bad feeling.
The entrance to it's A Small World begins with a very tight, narrow, dark hallway with a dull color pallet. Then - you turn the corner and you find yourself smack-dab in the middle of a Mary Blair wonderland. It was a real "WOW" moment
The load station is a lot like the Magic Kingdom's but it is completely indoors with no windows. The room is wrapped in brightly colored illustrations of all the continents (and even an outer space area). The ride didn't have big surprises or differences. There was a slightly expanded area for Japan, and I didn't notice anything about North America, and for the majority of the ride, the world's most famous ear-worm is sung in Japanese. I've said it before, but it is worth repeating. The look and smell of the water in the ride was absolutely clean.
Typical IASW.
