I had a bad feeling.
The entrance to it's A Small World begins with a very tight, narrow, dark hallway with a dull color pallet. Then - you turn the corner and you find yourself smack-dab in the middle of a Mary Blair wonderland. It was a real "WOW" moment
The load station is a lot like the Magic Kingdom's but it is completely indoors with no windows. The room is wrapped in brightly colored illustrations of all the continents (and even a outer space ). The ride didn't have big surprises or differences. There was a slightly expanded area for Japan, and I didn't notice anything about North America, and for the majority of the ride, the world's most famous ear-worm is sung in Japanese. I've said it before, but it is worth repeating. The look and smell of the water in the ride was absolutely clean.
