The Swiss Family Treehouse opened at Tokyo Disneyland in 1993, 10 years after the park's debut. You'll climb up, then down, several hundred steps, one-way, through this artificial tree, exploring the various rooms of the castaways' treehouse, inspired by the 1960 Walt Disney Pictures film.

I love this attraction. It's really great here because it gives you a chance to get up high and see some of the park from above. It's also fun to look out and see Splash Mountain lined up perfectly with Mount Prometheus.
