Professor Dumbledore has opened Hogwarts Castle to Muggles for the first time, and you're invited. Step inside the castle for a walking tour of the dungeons, greenhouse and Dumbledore's office before Harry, Ron and Hermione catch up to you in the Defense Against Dark Arts classroom.

They warn you of the dreadfully boring hours-long lecture you're about to hear and convince you to join them on the Quidditch pitch instead. After a tour of the Gryffindor common room, you're into the Room of Requirement to board a flying bench for an airborne tour of the castle and grounds. Of course, something goes terribly wrong and a chase ensues....

Spider man is still better but pretty close to it amazing ride feels incredibly life like. Simulation and anamatronics - Andrew Dougherty

Am I the only one a bit disapointed by this? Don't get me wrong the queue is amazing, but the ride? The seams on the screens are easily visible, so that takes off of the rating. And why does Dumbledore open Hogwarts to muggles? He can go to Azkaban for that! Then again, he could be drunk. I wouldn't wait more than 30 minutes. 7/10 - Eric Cartman

Eagerness to experience the WWoHP was the major reason I planned a New Year's trip there with my boyfriend and two of our friends. While we were thoroughly enchanted with Hogwarts and Hogsmeade (and the butterbeer -- yum!), the three of us who got to ride FJ were unanimously unimpressed. My boyfriend and I both LOVE thrill rides -- coasters, simulators, whatever -- this ride was far too intense, even for us. Our much more ride-timid (and arachnophobic) friend kept her eyes closed for most of the ride. Not that opening her eyes would have done much for her enjoyment of the ride -- the ride vehicles are much too close to the projection screens, which makes it very difficult to focus on them. I had SO looked forward to this ride, but unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed and a bit motion-sick. (I still bought a T-shirt and some other stuff, though, so I guess Universal achieved its ultimate goal.) - Beth Olliges

Incredible ride. This attraction is like NOTHING you have ever done. The feeling of flying is fairly accurate, and the effects are great. Make sure you eat something heavy before your first ride, otherwise you will feel quezie coming off of this ride!!! DO NOT WAIT MORE than an hour and a half. - Ken Fiedler

As good on the 10th time as the 1st time! - Rikk David

This is a really good ride. I really appreciate the ride engineering on this, and the way that the queue gradually passes through phases of different scenery. But I didn't understand the premise of the ride. I think it could have been explained better throughout the lineup. The ride itself was fine, but not any better than any other motion simulator rides I have ridden. - Lisa K

Not a favorite. I don't enjoy the story...it doesn't make sense. Half the ride feels like a simple motion simulator, which is a let down. I think Spider Man is better. - Skipper Adam
