Flight of the Hippogriff is a Vekoma Junior Coaster, formerly known as the Flying Unicorn, that has been themed to a Care of Magical Creatures class, taking place next to Hagrid's hut.
Average kiddie coaster made great by detailed theming and one stunning animatronic hippogriff. A great attraction for young kids who can't ride Forbidden Journey or Dragon Challenge. 7/10 - Brendan Sutton
Good theming and an excellent animatronic make this a reasonably enjoyable experience. As it's geared more for the little kid/tween demographic, the small thrills are great. 7/10 - Jonathan Katz
This childrens coaster is a charming ride. It is what it is, a short and gentle introduction to coasters. As a Potter fan the addition of Hagrid's Hut and Buckbeak is a nice nod to the works of J.K. Rowling. Wait times are usually fairly short for this one, so thats always nice. - Manny Barron
Very short, but makes up for it with a bearable wait time. Definitely a ride meant for a family with children, but mercifully doesn’t ‘dumb down’ the experience in any way. Not a thrill-coaster but still remains fast and fun. Pre-ride queue experience is cute for HP fans too. - Laura Danielson
Beautifully themed with Hagrid's home and the Griffin in it's nest this rides gives a unique look of this part of the park. - O T
Probably the best "kids" coaster out there. It feels forceful, offers great views, an awesome queue, and a Buckbeak animatronic. - Bryce McGibeny
I know it's a kiddie coaster, but is a great one with an outstanding view of the potter area. Great! - David Shaul
A nice "kiddy's first coaster" type ride with a fairly impressive Hippogriff AA and nice night-time lighting. - Sean Huckel
Good theme and fun thrills for a kiddie coaster. 7/10. - David L.
4/10 - I'm sorry but this lasted about 20 seconds. - James Wimbury
