Very disappointed with the service we received at Mythos yesterday. Having made Mythos our number one restaurant to vist yesterday, basing that decision on what we read here, we arrived full of expectation. The food was great and you can't argue with the prices! We had most expensive Kenwood Chardonnay to wash down mushroom flat bread and tempura'd sushi roll, followed by the Mahi Mahi. BUT the main course didn't follow the starter. It was served over vigorously, in fact almost menacingly while we had only just begun our starters. Some one came over and comped the sweets course to appologise, but the magic had gone. One of the waiters was being obviously sarcastic to us when he served the dessert and again when came to TELL us how nIce the dessert was. Bizarre! So on the positive the food was great if a little greasy and only came to $90 approximately. On the strength of the service, we won't return. - Paul Corcoran
