I have been to Mythos before and was happy the first time but unforunately when the park is slow you sometimes have staff that do not want to help. Our waitor was very slow and did not refill drinks and kept pushing us off when we asked for more by saying that he had other "Guests" to take care of. We had six people at our table so they automatically add 18% to your check for gratuity so he did not care how we were taken care of. Tables with 2-4 people were being treated as Kings and Queens because obviously his tip depended on it. The food was not good and both Chicken sandwiches that myself and wife ordered were cold. When we asked for the check we had to give it to another waitor to clear because we waited for another 15 minutes for him to come back. This is the type of service that you expect at lower end resturants, not a 100 lunch one!! Bad review and overall bad taste in my mouth. Will not return!! Everyone has a bad day but in that type of resturant there is never any excuse for bad service. - Jason Jones Perfection. I went on Christmas day due to this sites voting and was not disapointed.. The food was outstanding, the service was first class and the prices were much much lower than I had anticipated. The layout of the restaurant is great also. To be honest, it was the best theme park resturant i have been to. - Erik Cobbs My family and I went to Mythos in May of 2007 as part of a two week Disney/Universal vacation. Of all the places we ate, Mythos had the best theme and food. I had the Buffalo BBQ Fried Chicken Wrap (lunch only) and my wife had the filet. Kids had pizza. We all shared the sushi dessert. It was excellent. And the service was quick, courteous, and efficient. A must visit if you plan to go to Universal, imho. - James Rao For the best food the park has to offer, look no further. And then we had to go all the way over to Suessland to eat at the Circus McGirkus place (they have yummy french fries!) So, I've nevr tried it. I've heard it's good though! - Molly R Ate at this restaurant for the first time today (Jan 1, 2008 - Happy New Year!) and have to say that the atmosphere, service and presentation were first rate!
