This attraction will seem a lot better if you are picked to be involved in the show! Pity they don't sell you the DVD of the film as two of my kids were featured. - Mark Moore

The wait time for this ride is never worth the wait. This ride simply just isnt worth waiting the usual 45 minutes plus. You could use that time riding Jaws or Mummy. The only difference between this and earthquake is the preshow, and while the preshow is very well done, its just not enough. Do this if you are new to the ride. Skip it if you have done it. - Chris Shafer

I liked the re-theme very much and my daughter was picked as the kid who points at "The Rock" the second time we went on. This is a very well done attrction and the hologram / CGI is incredible. A little boring for small children with short attention spans until the subway ride. 8/10 - Noel Blackman

Not quite worth the wait. - First Timer

Overall this is a very fun and entertaining attraction. The preshow is great (especially if your host is good) and I think that the addition of Christopher Walken was a very good move. Also, the technology used to make you feel as if Walken is actually there, in person, is wonderful and I have yet to figure it out. The ride portion is still great and will always be a Universal Studios classic in my mind. - Lindsay Murray

I wouldn't spend a lot of time in the que for this ride. Its just not worth it. - Melissa Faulkner

Essentially the same as "Earthquake", just with new pre-show segments. I say "skip it" unless you were a big Earthquake buff. - Wilfredo Alvelo

It is ok, the movie was the most fun, but the rest was a bit on the boring side. - Nick Dakuginow

I wasn't very impressed with the pre show, which was a little boring, but the ride itself was pretty good and Universal made a good job of illustrating the experience of being in a subway when an earthquake occurs (not that I have ever experienced a real one). - Emily Greaves

Another nice show/ride at USF. The new update this attraction received added Christopher Walken who does an admirable job but the classic ride in the end remained untouched for the most part. I still think the preshow is a bit too long and I wished they might have shortened it a bit. The ride itself has a lot of detail and the video shown after the ride is always funny. Disaster admits a lot of people at once so wait times over 20 minutes are rare. Disaster is definitely worth a look. - Manny Barron

Great ride and a fantastic pre-show. The ride is really cool. It made me feel as if I was in a real Earthquake. The pre-show is hilarious. Definately one of my Universal must sees. - Andrew Holden
