Opening in 2016, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter will occupy much of the Upper Lot at Universal Studios Hollywood.

I always thought that Orlando's Forbidden Journey was the most overrated attraction out there. It had a great concept and brilliant moments, but the pacing and flow felt off to me. Hollywood's has fixed nearly all of my problems with it. The flow and pacing have been fixed, and it is nearly perfect. Everything feels so close thanks to the fantastic technology of the KUKA Arm. You truly are right in the action. I was able to ride it many times thanks to it emptying out later in the day. Every time I found another detail or moment that added and improved the experience. Overall, it accomplishes what it sets out to do perfectly. 10/10
Almost perfect by today's standards. Combo of video and animatronics, and an easy to follow storyline for those that aren't familiar with the HP world. Only disappointment is that the 3D tends to make the screens a little blurry. While I still prefer rides like Radiator Springs Racers and shows like Water World, this is the ride setting standards today!
Awesome ride! Probably the best dark ride in So-Cal. The 3-D is a great addition, but be warned. Don't have a Butterbeer before this. Just kidding. But don't go on this if you get motion sick.
