DAY: Friday. TIME: Midday. STANDARD LINE: 6 minutes. SINGLE RIDER LINE: n/a. RIDE/SHOW DURATION: 11 minutes. TIP: In the first row, you may get splashed, however, you can choose where to stand once in the main show room, so don't worry if they put you in the front row! DESCRIPTION: Unfortunately, for me, this is the weakest link in the park. I was very disappointed. The first room with Mr Spielberg was great (although sound-barrier breaking loud). I was expecting more rooms behind-the-scenes, but there is only one. Nothing even looks remotely real. It's very slow and mechanical. You'll see what I mean :P Sorry Universal but you could have done much better with this. - Daniel Smith

I do enjoy all the lights and sound effect. They are almost real, but the movement is a tad mechanical. - Herman Saksono

A show similar to Twister at US Orlando, but lacks the flying cow (good news). Splendid introduction by Stephen Spielberg, and then watch the hurricane pass a film set in an old boathouse, with a view of the burning skyscrapers. Best view is from the front row, which can be a bit wet, especially on the right hand side. We were splashed, but not that wet. However when standing in the centre, we stayed completely dry. - Martin Rees

This is what Universal Studios Singapore is all about! It's an outstanding behind-the-scene look of how to create amazing visual effects. In this attraction, audience is given a look on how to make visual effects for a level 5 hurricane in New York City. The effects are simply amazing. Very intense and exciting, although it lasts for only less than 10 minutes. Be careful! You might get very wet if you stand in certain zones. No it's not only wet. It's VERY wet. I'm serious. So yeah, be careful when picking your place. - Adriel Tjokrosaputro
