The Magic Carpets of Aladdin

In 2001, Disney added The Magic Carpets of Aladdin in the middle of Adventureland. The ride is essentially the same as Fantasyland's Dumbo, but with flying carpets instead of flying elephants, moving up and down and around and around. Also like Dumbo, The Magic Carpets of Aladdin doesn't accommodate very many riders at once, so expect a long wait if there's many people in this slow-moving line.
A basic spinner in a park that already has two of them. I like this ride and think it's enjoyable but it really just doesn't belong here, honestly. There is no point of having this ride considering there are already enough in the park. It just spins around and around, that's all. The saddest part is that it's an Aladdin theme. Aladdin is by far one of the best Disney movies, you would think they would have an awesome dark ride or simulator, instead we just get a generic spinner. It's really ashamed, Aladdin deserves a much better ride than this. Skip this and do Dumbo or Astor Orbiter instead. 4/10
What a huge waste of space! Imagine what can be done in this space. Nice work, Disney.
Aladdin is really one of my favorite Disney movies, but this ride is kind of pathetic. I mean, it's good at what it's supposed to be, a spinner, but besides that, there's really no point in having it. We already have Dumbo and Space Orbiter, so make Aladdin into another indoor ride! Everyone loves those :-)
It's a spinner. Not quite sure why Disney decided to build this. It's the exact same ride as Dumbo, just with an Arabian overlay. Aladdin is one of the best Disney movies, and it deserves a lot better than this, honestly. Get rid of it.
An awesome family ride! An amazingly detailed journey through Agrabah aboard magic carpets. It's especially magical for small children.
