In 2001, Disney added The Magic Carpets of Aladdin in the middle of Adventureland. The ride's essentially the same as Fantasyland's Dumbo, but with flying carpets instead of flying elephants, moving up and down and around and around. Also like Dumbo, The Magic Carpets of Aladdin doesn't accommodate very many riders at once, so expect a long wait if there's a line.

A nice flight above adventureland. Another lame dumbo clone, but my family liked it. - Brendan Harrison

Not worth the waitt. Go on Dumbo instead. go on if its a walk on. 4/10 - Dominick D

Go on the Flying Dumbo ride. It's the same thing with less of a wait half the time. - Sarah Durden

Go on during after magic hours no line. Not worth it if there is more than a five to ten minute way. - Arianna Griffel

It's the same as the Dumbo ride but with a different theme. If the line is short (5-10 mins)it's worth a ride. If you only have time for one ride go on Dumbo instead because of the history. Plus Aladdin isn't as well known by kids today. 6/10. - Bob Liebe

Did we really need another Dumbo ride? It has a nice theme, however it doesn't seem to serve much purpose other than to take up room. - Brandie S

Yet another Dumbo clone. Does the Magic Kingdom really need all these crappy midway spinners? - James Rao

Too generic for Disney. When they start to repeat ride types (Dumbo and Carpets) something is wrong. I prefer Dumbo just because of its age. This is nice I guess if lines are short and your looking for a small break. But if it's a break your looking for, definitely head to Transit Authority in Tomorrowland. - Daniel Schumacher
