Looney Tunes River RideBoat rideMinimum height to ride: 37 inches About Looney Tunes River RideGuests are led into a room by a guide and are welcomed to "Hollywood" and are told that they will be taken on a tour of the studio and that the latest Looney Tunes movie is being shot, but unfortunately Bugs Bunny has dug a hole into the centre of the earth down to Australia. Hot on the trail of Bugs Bunny who has burrowed through to Australia guests go down an elevator (through the centre of the Earth) to Australia. When Guests emerge, the hosts load people into boats, which take guests through tunnels in search of Bugs Bunny. The strange thing is, this ride is in Australia, and so the idea of burrowing through the centre of the Earth to Australia suggests that this ride may have originally been designed to be built overseas, yet mysteriously dumped in Australia. Another strange thing is that even though all the hosts are Australian, barley any of them can do a convincing Aussie Accent. The ride ends in a splash down, actually, ‘splash’ is a bit of exaggeration. Despite the screwed up storyline, the bad stereotypical Aussie hosts, and the “was that it?” splash down, give it a go, some of the special effects are quite impressive especially the life hill. RUMOUR: The latest rumour appears to suggest this ride will be the next ride at Movie World to be demolished to make more room for the further expansion of Looney Tunes Village. -- Last edited by Alex Tason [Update this description | Read previous versions] Photos from Looney Tunes River RideSafety
