Here's the original. The author clearly doesn't seem to get that Disney and Universal are separate companies and resorts.
As some of you might know, I've spent my career in the news business, having worked for five newspapers and taught journalism at a major university. So it bothers me to no end when news organizations treat reporting as a commodity, ignoring that knowledge of the beat you cover is far more important than anything having to do with grammar and story structure. Comedy like the article above too often is the result.
Anyway, what are some of your favorite screw-ups from news coverage of theme parks?
