Looks like a group of Imagineers who got caught out by Disney's abandoned plans to move Disney Parks and Walt Disney Imagineering to Lake Nona in Orlando have sued the company.
You can find a story in the LA Times here: https://www.latimes.com/entertainment-arts/business/story/2024-06-19/disney-employees-say-they-were-duped-into-moving-to-florida
Even though Disney said that it would help re-relocate back to California those employees who had moved to Florida, the difference in housing price changes in the Orlando area versus the LA area, plus increases in interest rates, left Imagineers unable to get the same size and quality of homes that they had before Disney announced that it was moving their jobs to Florida. So they're suing.
Even after he's gone, Chapek is still helping lawyers get paid.

"After Disney reversed its plans, home prices in the Orlando area fell, according to the lawsuit filed by attorney Jason S. Lohr of the San Francisco law firm, Lohr Ripamonti & Segarich."
Big if true [it's not].
