As you all know Epic Universe will have Five themed areas. But what if you are pressed with time. You can only visit Four areas.
Which area would you skip?
I am least interested in - SUPER NINTENDO WORLD. Of course, we want to see every area but just in case, you always need a game plan.
idk, both potter and monsters are really small, does running across the land o get to the rides count?
I would say Celestial Park but the current geography of Epic makes this impossible.
Yeah, super Nintendo world is an easy skip. If there was a scenario where I started cutting down on rides, I would cut the carousel and Skyfly. Not to say any of these are bad, but they're gentle and mainly function as sources of kinetic energy.
I’m going to be controversial and say Wizarding World.
With a park like this, your affinity for the different IPs likely influences this decision heavily. However, if that is a neutral factor, I'd say either Ministry of Magic or Super Nintendo World make the most sense to skip.
Ministry of Magic is the smallest of the four areas, yet even if you just do the two main attractions it is likely to consume a large amount of time. The headliner will no doubt be one of the longest (if not the absolute longest) queue lines in the park, and the other attraction being a show means that's at least an hour time investment for most guests. It's tough to say this is the cut simply because of how much praise the attractions are getting, but if you're looking for quantity it makes sense.
Super Nintendo World, on the other hand, is justified because it is the only section that is not 100% unique to Epic Universe. With an exact clone existing in Japan and a partial clone existing in Hollywood, it's not something that would require a return to Epic to do if you missed it on your first go. Additionally, the attractions aren't overly strong here: the least exciting of the park's dark rides, the least thrilling of the park's coasters, and a filler outdoor omnimover attraction, plus a set of minigames that require an upcharge to play. However, it's probably the least traditional of Epic's areas, so for those looking for a next gen theme park experience, this is where they'll find it.
Which of the two would I personally skip? Honestly, it'd be a day of decision, as I'd be fine doing Battle at the Ministry and nothing else in that land, but if you couldn't enter the portal at all I've seen most of SNW at the other installations already.
If you are not a roller coaster fan, Celestial Park is an easy skip. Spend no more time in it than you need to walk from land to land. Eat in the themed restaurants in the other lands.
If you love coasters, then I would consider skipping Nintendo if you are visiting Japan or Hollywood anytime soon. Or skip Potter if you cannot get Virtual Line for Ministry. But, honestly, the park has few enough attractions that hitting all the major ones in one day should be possible, and without the Express pass.
If forced, I’d choose the same
