What's Your Strategy To Tackle Holiday World?

Robert has finally convinced me (after appearing on our podcast many times over the past decade) to head to Holiday World! I know...why did it take so long. It looks amazing.
One of my favorite activities is deciding how I'll tackle the park. After reading the visitor guide here and watching some videos, my first thought:
- At rope drop head for Thanksgiving and work back to front. I think the two coasters right at the entrance will slow down the crowds, so we can get Thunderbird and The Voyage done quickly.
- Enjoy the water park during the heat of the day, but because we're not huge water park people, leave well before closing to ride coasters while many are still in the water.
- Food? I have to have the Thanksgiving spread, don't I? What other foods are great?
