Sounds like Mission Space music from the Epcot Main entrance loop.
Epcot entrance with the themes of some of the attractions including Energy and Mission Space. Perhaps by the fountain?
I have to say this is Epcot music from the entrance area.

I think it is Sunset Blvd to be more specific (ToT, Beauty and the Beast, and Rock n Roller Coaster area)
