Free theme park parking? Huh? Where?

I love Atrios' blog, but what is this "Disney City with Unlimited Free Parking Everywhere"
of which he speaks?
Disneyland jacked me for $11 last time I was there. Ugh.

People who try to beat the system park there and then, through a series of Busses, get to the parks and not pay for parking. More work than I would think!
