December 13, 2010 at 9:00 PM · I think this will be one of the closets votes we ever had!
December 13, 2010 at 11:39 PM · Maybe I needed more pictures? ;+) This vote is going to be a roller coaster!
December 14, 2010 at 3:54 AM · Wow, this is SO hard to pick - but I went with the hotel that I would most like to stay in!
This is going to be pretty close I think :)
December 14, 2010 at 5:04 AM · This is crazy!
December 14, 2010 at 7:23 AM · Despite my love for Harry Potter and Jurassic Park...James, you had me at mini-golf and the drive-in.
December 14, 2010 at 7:32 PM · What the heck is going on with this voting?
December 14, 2010 at 7:47 PM · James Koehl gets my vote this week. All the ideas were implementable, but I thought his was the uniquest and most detailed. However, I think some adult-rated films might be necessary for the drive-in, perhaps on a separate screen or at a later hour each night. Also, I'm hoping the cocktail lounge has live entertainment.
December 14, 2010 at 7:51 PM · Thank you, Joshua, but it seems to now be a moot point. In ten minutes I went from 2nd place to last, and the moment the other three were tied with 41 votes each and I only had 40 the vote was closed. I seem to be fired. BTW, I don't think the adult movies would quite fit into the family theme of the Starlite Family Resort ;+)
December 15, 2010 at 3:18 AM · oh no James :(
I am very sad to see you go! You're a winner in my eyes! :L

Murph and the MagicTones? And I thought I had it bad in Joliet...

December 15, 2010 at 3:44 AM · Thanks, everyone. We'll see what Tim decides is going to happen. I have to leave for work early (like at 6:30 a.m. EST) and won't be home until probably after 9 p.m., so whatever he decides I won't be able to respond to it until then. Tim has shown amazing good judgement, tolerance and fairness through this entire experience and, whatever he decides, I will accept and support him.
December 15, 2010 at 9:08 PM · Hmmm... Too bad, James. I thought your idea was great. I guess the neck-and-neck voting goes to show that everyone had good (or, at least, popular) ideas this round.
December 16, 2010 at 3:12 AM · Thanks, Joshua, but it seems that I'm still in it. As Tim put it, there was something "funky" about the voting at the last minute (literally) so he decided to have another round of competition with all four of us going on. I hope that this time there can be no voting "irregularities"- like I told Tim, I don't mind losing fair-and-square and to a better idea. Lord knows there have been plenty of those, but I want it to be fair for everyone. Let's hope that everyone can remember that this is supposed to be fun, and that the only thing we win is bragging rights and the fun of having taken part and hopefully developed our creating talents a little bit. I'll get off my soapbox now.
