Universal Orlando announces fourth Halloween house

May 21, 2019, 6:12 PM · It's been a while since we've heard about a new house for Universal Orlando's Halloween Horror Nights, hasn't it? It's almost as if Universal is preoccupied with some big new thrill ride or something. But no worries. Universal hasn't forgotten its horror fans. In fact, the resort has just released an original concept for its fourth announced house for this year's annual Halloween event.

"Depths of Fear" joins the line-up for this year's Halloween Horror Nights in Orlando, which kicks off September 6. Here's the description, from Universal:

Guests will be transported to a deep-sea mining company that has been infested by the parasitic “Mouthbrooders,” who spew their acidic flesh-eating eggs upon unsuspecting humans, turning them into crazed hosts. As the infected are driven to madness, guests will try to escape, but as pressure begins to build, implosion awaits – will they make it out alive or fall deep into their watery graves?

Previously announced houses for the Orlando event include:

Halloween Horror Nights starts September 6 at Universal Studios Florida, running select nights through November 2. Tickets for the after-hours event will be available on Universal's Halloween Horror Nights website. For daily admission tickets to the Universal Orlando theme parks, we've got a great "three days free" offer available now on our Universal Orlando tickets page.

Last reveal of a new house for HHN was only 3 weeks ago- just how many early reveals a month would anyone expect, want or need Universal to provide?

The more the Better! In fact I'm expecting another one this week as well!

@Dave: I believe it's basic math. there is roughly 15 weeks left before HHN starts ... if there are 9 or 10 houses, that would make one every 3 weeks or so. So hopefully that answers your question.
