Photo Flashback to Halloween Time at Disneyland

September 23, 2020, 2:40 PM · It's hot. Wildfires are burning the local mountains. And we even had an earthquake this week. So it's a typical start to fall here in Southern California. Except for one thing — Disneyland's still closed, so we are missing our annual Halloween Time.

If you're missing Disneyland right now as much as I am, I hope that these photos and videos from previous Halloween celebrations at the resort will help stir some happy memories.

Day of the Dead

And tasty memories, too. A pan dulce ice cream sandwich would be perfect right now.

I especially enjoy the decorations at Disney California Adventure, too.

If you saw Oogie Boogie at the Grand Californian, can you smell the rice crispy treat smell right now?

Oogie Booie

When the sun sets, it's showtime. Not that many Disneyland fans got to see World of Color Villainous! since it only debuted last year at the Oogie Boogie Bash after-hours party. But we've got the video here for you today.

Back over at Disneyland, let's dig deeper into the Halloween spirit with a performance by the Cadaver Dans.

And we've can forget a ride on Haunted Mansion Holiday.

Let's wrap our Halloween celebration with a performance of Disneyland's fireworks show, Halloween Screams.

Stay safe and mask up everyone. After all, it's Halloween season!

One of my all-time fave WDW trips October of 2004 with my brother's kids loving dressing up for Halloween in Magic Kingdom and the decorations were fun. Also how last time rode Haunted Mansion before its big makeover.
