@davehr: TPI provides a long list of choices and you dump on all of them with a cynical generalization? How helpful. Maybe develop a pallet and find a better paying job.

Boeuf Braise vin Rouge is a YES!

Smoked Brisket and Cheddar Melt DITTO!

One Pumpkin Pie Milk Shake please.

And a Moosehead in Canada ... Start right!

Has the EPCOT F&W Festival gotten too big for it's britches? Perhaps, but by no means does it represent "overpriced, bland Disney food". In fact the F&W Festival provides some of the best values available at WDW and offers the greatest variety of items and exotic choices in any single theme park.

One of my favourite festivals.
Being local I've most probably tried most of the dishes, but still look forward to the new offerings.
I obviously have my favourites, which I'll always head to in the first couple of weeks :) The consistency over the years has been pretty good.
Yes, there are definitely some offerings I consider expensive, but all in all it's good value, for me, anyway.
I buy a gift card these days, as the booths no longer take cash. Saves dozens of $6-7 items appearing on my statement.
The mac and cheese dishes, chicken Tiki masala and duck bao remain my all time must-haves
