Disney Adventure adds its first port of call

August 31, 2026, 1:25 PM · It looks like the Disney Adventure is going someplace... finally.

The Disney Cruise Line's latest ship, Disney Adventure, started sailing from Singapore last spring. Disney's first cruise ship to be based in Asia has not called on any other ports in the region, however. The ship has sailed only "cruises to nowhere" in its maiden season.

That is about to change, though. Disney has announced that Disney Adventure will be adding its first port of call to its itineraries, starting this New Year's Eve. Disney Adventure will sail to Langkawi, Malaysia on select four-night cruises from Singapore in 2027.

Port Adventures available on these itineraries will include Langkawi Highlights with a cable car ride, Island Hopping boat tours including an eagle-watching experience, Kilim Kayak Adventure on the Kubang Badak River, and Colors & Crafts with a Batik-making workshop.

Fares will start at US$1,509 for two people in an inside stateroom. Pearl Castaway Club members may book now, with bookings opening over the next few days by club level. Bookings open to the public on September 8. For assistance in planning a Disney Cruise Line vacation, please contact our travel agent for a free, no-obligation vacation quote.
