Has anyone actually stayed in the Cinderella Castle Suite?
Walt Disney World: Is there any guaranteed way to get in there?
I know its a by invitation only suite but i just want to know if anyone has (or anyone you know) stayed in the suite ?
I really want to stay there with my family, we are planning on going back to Disney in 2011.
sadly there is no guaranteed way to get in there.. or is there ??
There isn't....
They basically pick you out of the crowd much like Cinderella was picked out of obsurity.
However.....
It doesn't hurt to have a little girl in your group.....
See, that is just biased picking for those of us who have nothing but boys, but who would love to stay there LOL. Even my husband wishes to stay in the suite. That awesome bathroom and chocolate covered stawberries have been calling to us since 2008.
I'd love it if they picked a group of hairy bikers who just stopped in from a cross country trip to a biker convention.
Plus even if you stay there, you must be staying at an onsite resort as you will be at Cinderella Castle for 1 night only and they need to know where to get your luggage from.
Not to advertise another site, but someone on Thrillnetwork.com has stayed in the suite. They found it absolutly amazing.
For me personally, waking up within the park before it opens is enough for me to get excited!
Right thats it sorted then,
I will have to kidnap some children a la Chitty Chitty BangBang and the Child Catcher

Im sure if i get enough Disney wont be able to resist granting me access to the suite.. One night in Disney Castle.. 20+ Years in a Florida Jail... lol

Yes, my family and I won a night in the castle in July of 2010. It was amazing! I just tried to write a huge blow by blow description, but I guess it went over the character space allowed for posts. I'm new to the site, can I post pictures here? We won it as part of my husband's work trip. You can only win it, not rent it. With it you get the VIP package which gives you a personal tour guide. She takes you around wherever you wish and you get to go on the front of every ride, and stay on as long as you like. The suite was amazing inside. We were told Tom Cruise had just stayed there. Terri Hatcher had just been there as well, and she wrote an entry in the suite guest book. So, while it is supposed to be just random winners, clearly a celeb or two sneaks in! :)
The interior was very gothic, and yes, the toilet was a throne! It had several stunning mosaics with 24 k gold depicting scenes from Cinderella. There were stained glass windows in the sitting room and each pane was a scene from the movie. These are visible from the back of the castle if you look up to the right side.
It is a one night gig, and it ended abruptly the next day after our breakfast at the Royal Table. Poof! Back to the long lines and being a regular Joe, but it was an amazing 18 hours that we will never forget!
While you cannot purchase a night in the suite, you can purchase the VIP tour guide for a pretty penny.
