Question about the Sea World Educators Pass...

Sea World Orlando: Question about required documentation...

My wife and I are planning on driving down to Orlando for a couple of days this Sunday to take advantage of the free educator pass that Florida teachers receive, as my wife is a teacher. The problem: just found out they now require a copy of your teaching certificate, which they did NOT the last time we did this. Her school is closed and they will not e-mail us a copy of of her cert. I called Sea World to see if they would accept a printout from the department of education website showing she is a certifed teacher, and the lady on the phone pretty much told me it depends on who is at the ticket window at that time as to how much leeway we would get. My wife has a pay stub from last week, her teachers ID, etc.., so it is pretty simple to prove her occupation. My question is, has anyone attempted to take advantage of this offer recently, and if so, do you recall if they were willing to overlook not having the certificate in lieu of having all other documentation proving you are a teacher? We just don't want to make the 2.5 hour drive from Jacksonville and find out we got the "wrong person at the ticket window".
