Cool! They had a Walking Dead maze thing at Comic Con, but it looked lackluster. Hope this one is better!

Mike's gonna flip when he hears this! Since Dish dropped AMC I won't care much, but good for those who like the show.

Dom, I can't flip. I'm not athletic at all. I like the concept, but I won't be heading to Florida or California (unless I get invited onto Jeopardy (I've already qualified and am in the contestant pool)

At Great Adventure today, I saw signs for some kind of Zombie Takeover on August 4th. I guess it has something to do with the Coaster Zombies club.

*EDIT*..Actually, it doesn't. It's kind of an early, one-day Fright Fest preview..opportunity to be a zombie, chase people, have a buffet meal, and "audition" for jobs atb the real Fright Fest in October.

Mike, are you really in the contestant pool?

From Mike Gallagher

Dom: Yup. But all that means is that I've qualified, they keep my information active for 18 months, and if they decide they want me, they'll contact me. Then I'd just have to figure out how to financially swing a trek to Californy.

Considering I watch Jeopardy every night, hopefully you can get on :)

It's a religion for me, Dom. The only time I miss it is if I'm not home or on the phone..and even then, I can follow it with the sound off. This goes back to the days when I used to gome home from grade school and watch the original show with Art Fleming. The show was born the same year I was.

Now, my thing is "honing my skills" in case I ever get picked. I use a retractable pen as a "buzzer" and am training myself not to say the answer out loud until Trebek has finished reading the clue. I also have to work on responding in question form, which I don't normally do when verbalizing my answer. But I've taken this too far off topic. Mea culpa..mea maxima culpa.

Yep, I NEVER miss it. When I won't be around, I'll DVR it. Do you have the Jeopardy game app on your mobile device?

Wow, a possible Jeopardy contestant! If you get picked, tell me what day your episode will air! I would love to watch!

I believe that 3 episodes are filmed a day.

I would sign up for the Teen Tournament but you can only be on Jeopardy once, and I wouldn't want to be restricted to 4 or less days of playing. We should get back on topic soon...

It would be very interesting to see a TPI member on a game show.

Then again Mike, I always have your radio show to look forward to.

Mike has a radio show? Or is it a different Mike Gallagher?

From Mike Gallagher

Yeah, there's a fairly well-known radio talk show host who shares my name. Mike Gallagher was also the character played by Paul Newman in Absence Of Malice. I'm jealous, though, because THAT Mike Gallagher got to sleep with Sally Field, who THIS Mike Gallagher always thought was cute.
