Reservation bookings for restaurants in the parks
How can I book a reservation of the restaurants in the theme parks

Hi, Going to Florida on 26th june for two weeks and never been before, doing all of the parks with 3 children aged between 10-13. I know there is hundreds for resturants. I was wondering which ones are good and how do i book as i was reading that we have to book in advance. i'm wondering if i have left it to late to book.

Disney has a new online dining reservation system that allows you to search all Walt Disney World restaurants (theme park, Downtown Disney, and hotel reatuarants). However, this system only works for "table service" restaurants---ones where you're party is served by a waitor/waitress or you walk up to a buffet. You don't need reservations for the hundreds of counter service restuarants scattered all over the Disney property.
What I would do is see what parks you're going to be in each day, and consider having one table service meal either at the park or at the end of the day in Downtown Disney or a hotel. EPCOT has the largest array of table service restaurants, while Animal Kingdom has the fewest. Pretty much every moderate and deluxe resort have at least one table service restaurant, while all of the value resorts just have simple cafeterias.
There are hundreds of options, so even if some may be booked already, there are probably many choices during your stay. However, you might want to keep an open mind because many of the most popular restaurants may already be booked solid or may only have reservations during inopportune times. Remember that you now need to place a deposit for you table service reservations that is refundable if you cancel prior to your dining time, and some restuarant experiences require full payment at the time of reservation (Ohana, Hoop-de-roo, Flying Fish Chef's Counter, etc...).

To further the great information posted by Russell, I want to point out that Disney also has made a great app for iPhone (iOS) and Android Phones called "My Disney Experience".
I just got back from a WDW and we used the app often for dining. You can scroll through and find available restaurants on the fly. Have the app locate you via GPS and find out what is available in your surrounding area complete with wonderful maps so you know how to get there.

Still don't know what you are doing. Only Disney? Universal parks, Seaworld, Busch Gardens, Legoland? Others? They all have different ways of reserving table service restaurants.
