Atlantica Supersplash is a in Portugal at Europa Park. While it's not the best, it is also recommended.
It's big, it's bad, and it's wet. Management pick up on the phenomenal success of Poseidon with this, a somewhat simpler water ride. You go up the hill and move into a turnaround, followed by a short backwards drop. Another turn around and you're ready for a much larger (and steeper) drop that culminates in... well, they don't call it "Supersplash" for nothing. Despite all this however, it all feels a little rushed. Where's the story, excitement or elaborate theming that all worked together to turn Poseidon into the classic it remains today? In their haste to churn this out, Europa Park appear to have forgotten all about them...
