About Allan: I am one of the Chefs at Sharks Underwater grill and we strive to provide the very best of Sustainable seafood that is IQF certified as not being over fished. This limits, currently, some of the sea food that we can serve. Being a conservation minded company, we choose not to contribute to the potential extinction of, for example, Red Snapper and Grouper, wich may be headed to the endangered list at some point. Much effort is put into each and every dish to insure it is delivered to our guests with the intended flavor profile. Our sauces are prepared fresh daily and quality checked at several points in the production process.
