Planning and Designing of theme parks

Edited: December 22, 2015, 1:13 AM

Hi all, Ever fascinated with atmosphere in any theme park, I have developed a dream of designing "good places on the earth- the theme parks" Can anyone tell me how to become a theme park planner/ designer? I am a graduate civil engineer already

I would say learn to draw well and learn more about architecture. You should also try to make a lot of connections. I have a couple friends who dropped out to start a tech startup. Also study geography to see how you could fit a theme park somewhere. Not sure about civil engineering though. What school?

I Googled University of India but I could not find it...
Kind of weird, don't you think?

Brian, he said "university IN India", not OF India. Understandable error- there is a lot to read in TPI right now (as long as you're a Disney/Universal fan).
