One of the four classic wooden coasters that debuted with the park, Minebuster was modelled after Shooting Star, a coaster found in Coney Island, Cincinnati, Ohio. Minebuster features a 90-ft drop, endless amounts of airtime, head choppers, and an intense spiral near the end of the ride.

6-Fair. I used to love this coaster, but after travelling around the continent and experiencing superior wooden roller coasters, I find it difficult to rate this one very highly. The seats are tiny and the ride is choppy. The first half provides some decent airtime, though the second half is stinted since they combined two of the hills into one elongated plateau in order to make room for the Splash Works attractions. - Joshua Counsil

Pretty rough and pretty short. Though it is a classic. I don't go on it if the line is more than 15 minutes. - Thomas Furlong

Third "ouch." - Steven Lee

I second the "ouch". - Todd Houts
