This was the first steamboat built in America in nearly half a century when it debuted at Disneyland's opening in 1955. If you are a fan of Twain, you'll easily get wrapped up in the atmosphere. And if you're not... well, you should be. The journey takes you around Tom Sawyer's Island on the Rivers of America, past faux settlers, Native Americans, moose and other wildlife on the far side of the island.

Simple like the Storybook Land Canals Boats, this is what makes Disneyland Disneyland and not any other theme park. - Skipper Adam

Went on this with the whole family! It was a real treat to be able to rest our legs and take in the tranquil scenery and it was even more so a treat when I got to point out to the two year old cousin a bunch of ducklings and their mother (and there were a lot!). A relaxing riverboat journey that gives a nice scene and a chance to give your legs a break! - Teddy D.

It is an awesome riverboat. A true Disney Classic! - Thomas Furlong

Very nice relaxing ride. Pretty scenery of trees and river way. - Shawn L.

Very relaxing ride... great views of the park's River. Probably the closest most visitors will get to experience a "real" paddleboat. Not to mention that this boat is used for parts of other shows too! This historical design has great charm that can't be replicated. - Brandon Mendoza
