Coral Reef Restaurant reviews
Theme Park Insider readers offer their ratings and reviews for Coral Reef Restaurant, a table service restaurant in Future World - The Seas with Nemo and Friends at Epcot.
Written by James Rao Coral Reef offers one of the best theme-park views anywhere: below the water level of the saltwater tank in The Seas Pavilion. Every table has a great view thanks to tiered seating.
Seafood specialties include lobster soup, blackened catfish, grilled Mahi Mahi, and Pan-seared Ahi Tuna. Desserts and kids meals are served as well.
Readers' rating:
The food is very average - not much "bang for the buck" and the service was lousy last time we were in there. But the aquarium wall and ambiance almost make up for it. Perhaps that's the point - it's a distraction from the food and service. - Becky Wheeler The food is good quality. The ambiance is very cool with the tank view. The thing I always felt odd about is the Living Seas is kind of a marine preservation exhibit, yet you go to the restaurant and eat the marine life! In my opinion I would take a pass on this restaurant. - Mark Hollamon We used to love to go and eat here but it has become over-priced and the food is simply average. It is definitely a "view-and-a-half" to be looking at the back of the tank from the Living Seas exhibit but it shouldn't mean that the food is mediocre. - Keith Forrest Good food, nice to be seating by the fish tank. - steven boudreault The food is good, but nothing worth writing home about and the tank is very cool. The problem with this place is that it is really loud because of its shape, high ceiling, and giant glass wall. - Tom Rigg The food is pretty good, but it's really only a special meal if you're lucky enough to be seated near the tanks. If not, it's a typical decent-but-overpriced meal. If you go, make sure to try for tank-side! - KJ Simpson A great eatery with a gorgeous view that will keep children captivated. - Brandie S More attraction and restaurant ratings: |
