One word: School Bread - Tom Rigg

There are several bakeries to choose from at Epcot and all of them serve wonderful food. However, this bakery in Norway is my favorite stop. I love the Ham & Apple sandwich, Lefse, and School Bread, but don't dismiss some of the other offerings, especially the Kringla Sweet Pretzel w/Almonds, which is an amazing snack to savor while waiting for Illuminations to start. - James Rao

A real hidden gem at Epcot. Proof in the fact that I am the only person so far to leave any comments. There is a really good selection of sweets in the case. In addition to that, there are some great Scandinavian style open face sandwiches. Good fill food that won’t weigh you down. The giant pretzels covered in frosting and sliced almonds are wicked good! - Rob McCullough
