About Disneyland Hotel

The original Disneyland hotel has undergone many changes over the years, and is about to undergo another, with a large-scale renovation project about to get underway. Yet it remains one of Disney's premier on-site hotels, within easy walking distance of the monorail station into the park. -- Last edited by Robert Niles

I stayed here once when I was little so I can't write much of a review except that I remember really good food and extremely comfy beds. 8/10 - Jack Borgeson

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The service was excellent and all employees were courtious and helpful. My room had a view od Downtown Disney and some of the park. We were able to see the fireworks form our window. The room service was okay, but not worth the price. The souvenier lotions and shampoos were a nice touch as were the Disney decorations. Everything for the bathroom wallpaper and Mickey glove lamps to the cabinet with a map of Disneyland imprinted on the front. I love the fact that they have pictures of park attractions instead of cheesy hotel paintings. My wife had an issue with the TV since there were no movies available. I found it suprising that a hotel of this price and reputation had not upgraded their televisions to flat screens. I guess thy figure you will not be spending that much time in the rooms. The WiFi signal was weak causing a slowed connection, but it was free. You had the option of going with the ethernet cable. - rick stevens
