AvalancheRoller coasterMinimum height to ride: 40 inches About AvalancheA Mack bobsled roller coaster. Instead of conventional track, the trains roll freely in a curved trough, much like the run of a real bobsled. Guests between 40 inches and 46 inches tall must be accompanied by a responsible person. -- Last edited by James Rao [Update this description | Read previous versions] Photos from AvalancheSafety
Readers' Opinions
A fun, little ride. Pretty "ridgety". That means it's not rough, but kinda bumpy. - Eli Katzman Good design. Only remaining Bobsled coaster, so it is unique - corbin byers A fun little ride, worth the short wait and even better if you're on a date [cuz of the design of the seating and all]. Gets a few laughs out of me every time, and while there's no drop or massive G-force or anything, it's fun like go-karting is fun; size means nothing! - LG Mills This is a good coaster. Even younger fans will enjoy this. My daughter is only 4 and right now this is her favorite ride. When we first took her on it 3 weeks ago we had forgotten how fast it is but she was fine on it in fact she loved it. Only one hill the rest is just twisting and turning bobsled action. - Kris Peerman A fun ride for parent & child or as a snuggle-up "date ride". A great first coaster. Never grows old. - Peter Stephens
