Splash Water Falls reviews

Theme Park Insider readers offer their ratings and reviews for Splash Water Falls, a flume ride at Six Flags Over Georgia. (The minimum height to ride is 36 inches.)

Large boats are lifted to the top of a waterfall where they drop to create a huge splash which douses everyone on the observation bridge. The height requirement increases to 54 inches if you want to ride in the front seat.
This ride no longer soaks people on the walkway after the ride. A metal piece has been added to the front of the boats to deflect the water to the sides. Please, please Six Flags, change in back to how it use to be. If you wanted to get soaked, you could. Now, you aren't given that choice.

A good quick thrill, but as far as a water ride goes, its a has-been. SWF's heyday came before they modified the boats to eliminate the bridge-dousing splash in 2003. With my favorite element of the ride long gone and a much drier experience than years' past, I skip this one. - Stephen Tuday

Typicall waterfall ride, long line but alright ride. - David L.

Good way to cool off from the hot Georgia sun. - Melissa Faulkner
