I will give Shark Reef a 10/10, due to it's snorkeling with sharks/tropical fish/rays and that's pretty cool to be able to do at a Disney water park. However, I am not the greatest of swimmers (wore a floating vest) and have never snorkeled before (was very uncomfortable with the mask/breathing). It was fine until I moved my mouthpiece real quick, but got some saltwater in it, breathed it in, then somehow got water to go into my mask/nose, freaked out for a good 5 seconds. It's safe as can be, especially with a floating vest on, but just a bit new to me. Looking down 10-11 feet deep is pretty amazing though and saw some hammerhead sharks which was awesome. - Nick Dakuginow

This is a great alternative to the slides and fits well with the theme. I forced myself to do this even though I hate sharks. They are very little ones, but I saw a shadow of a fin when I first got in and sprinted for the exit. My boyfriend loved it though and was in much longer than me. - Emily G

Since the water is slighty chilly in Shark Reef, I recommend this attraction first. That way, the rest of the park's water feels very warm. - Kevin Smith

Swim with the sharks for free! One of my favorite things to do there! - Anthony Murphy
