I travel lots and my favourite departure point is now got to be Ebbsfleet in Kent. Ebbsfleet is a new location on the railway map that hosts services for the HighSpeed 1 and Eurostar railway service.
HighSpeed 1 provides trains that commute at 140 mph to and from London and Eurostar provides trains to Europe.
I live in Ebbsfleet and there is lots to discover nearby in Kent. From Bluewater to the Cyclopark! However soon there could be a theme park too.
