Pre-planning Summer 2017 Orlando vacations. Need tips and suiggestions

July 4, 2016, 10:40 AM

Dates: Thinking about arriving the second half of June (around 16 or 17)
Party members: 2
Last visit to Orlando: Early April 2014

I want to give priority to stuff we never done:

Universal's Volcano Bay
Avatarland (This will be open by then right?????? Crossing fingers...)
Diagon Alley
Hogwarts Express
Kongfrontation
Seven Dwarves Mine Train
Frozen Ever After
Jimmy Fallon NY Ride
Animal Kingdom nightime show
Galactic Spectacular Star Wars Fireworks (Any good seating spots?)
Not sure what else is new since last visit...

Never paid attention to food before (except for Flame Tree Barbecue, we love it and go at least once every Orlando vacation) but starting to do so now. My sister wants to have a meal @ Cinderella's royal table and another meal @ Be our guest. I read on a blog someone's review for Trail's End breakfast buffet and it looks good. Any other recommendations for ADR or good food in general??

Also read on the blog about Disney Authorized Vacation Planners. Any personal recomendations? I've only heard(read) about Be Our Guest Vacations.
