Over the years, attractions are replaced, changed, etc. all to make way for incoming material.
What do you think was the worst mistake in a Walt Disney World attraction upgrade?
Maybe after this you can offer a post of "Best Disney Downgrades"?

As for me, I am not crazy about the Jungle Cruise Christmas thing.
Imagination and Space. Mickey Sorcerer Hat at DHS, thankfully gone.
DO NOT .. MOCK ... THE HAT!
Journey into Imagination... without a doubt... no question. The WORST!!!
California Adventure was much better as Disneyland's parking lot.
^Maybe DCA 1.0 but I loved it when I visited last Feb. I wished I had another day for DCA.
Soarin Around the World < Soarin Over California
Soarin Around the World and Test Track 2.0.
Alien to Stitch's Great Escape
Tropical Serenade to Tiki Room Under New Management
Twilight Zone Tower of Terror to "Whatever we are calling this Guardians money grab:
Soarin' Around the World. Soarin' Over California was so much better.
The "magic band enhanced" Haunted Mansion ending. Too busy and wordy. Much more cool to have a ghost just sitting next to you.
I miss the old Spaceship Earth ending. I wish Disney would bring it back.
Either alien to stich, or countdown to extinction's transformation into dinosaur
I also hate classics leaving. Frozen may be great but it shouldn't have replaced Alladin. And Tower of Terror to Guardians of the Galaxy is a Godawful idea
I never got to "ride" Alien Encounter, so I think I'll have to cast my vote for that one as well! And I'm not buyin' what they're sellin' on Jingle Cruise.

Mine has got to be Test Track 2.0, unless I can say the destruction on Typhoon Lagoon's Shark Reef.
