Since we are all Insiders here, or hope to be Insiders some day, this is one of the best posts I have read for a while. And while I know we have rules here about linking to other websites, this one is worth it.
Just for the uninitiated people who don't speak modern lingo-istics, AMA means "Ask Me Anything" and is a forum where random people ask random questions of someone who is an expert at something. In this case, people are asking questions of someone who for 15 years worked at Disney in several different jobs and finally wound up wearing the fur as a "friend of Goofy". Robert has many stories of working the rides and the crowds, but this is a bit of a different perspective.
